Duplicate custom fields are a hassle, but they are a reality for so many of our customers. Currently, if you have a very long custom field it's super hard to tell which one is which. It's super tricky when there are several from let's say team managed projects that are similar but not quite the same.
Adding something simple as a sliding bar to see the entire name would help tremendously in this regard.
AS you can see above I have three similarly named fields and it's nearly impossible to tell which is which without first adding them to the rule and then removing the unwanted fields.
Dropdowns where the field value list is truncated as there are too many values:
- In the Issue Field Value Changed Trigger, we are unable to search for the field with a short name if there are more than 50 field values
- Security Levels not showing in dropdown when there are more than 50 field values
- Edit issue field values not displaying in Automation UI if more than 20 field values in the dropdown
