Contextual dropdowns - Add a message to the let the user know there are more options - limited results shown in dropdown for issue fields

      Currently, while configuring an automation rule in issue field condition under value only 10 values are able displayed by default.
      This gives the user the impression that the options are limited. Add a message in the UI to let the user know only limited options are displayed. Also, type to have more options prompted.
