Contextual dropdowns - Allow for easier custom field selection when there are duplicates in automation rules, limited results shown in dropdown for issue fields

Duplicate custom fields are a hassle, but they are a reality for so many of our customers. Currently, if you have a very long custom field it's super hard to tell which one is which. It's super tricky when there are several from let's say team managed projects that are similar but not quite the same. 

Adding something simple as a sliding bar to see the entire name would help tremendously in this regard. 

 AS you can see above I have three similarly named fields and it's nearly impossible to tell which is which without first adding them to the rule and then removing the unwanted fields.
