      Chose use an existing account in setup. Entered my email address and clicked continue. Yellow triangle next to address appears and box saying "Enter email address" is shown. Logs from "~/Library/Logs/Sourcetree" show the message below. Screenshot also attached. Mac OS version is 10.11.6 (15G1611).
