Issue Summary
Rovo Ops agent appends the following in its AgentResponses:
"Your authentication with below MCP server has expired. Please sign in and try again: NewRelic" .
- This can be reproduced on demand with any automation rule that uses the Agent "Rovo Ops".
- Issue started approximately a week ago.
- This happens to all users even if they aren't using NewRelic MCP.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Agents > choose "Rovo Ops" Agent.
- Enter any prompts like "help me resolve the incident"
- Notice that at the end of response, it appends the authentication error.
Expected Results
Only results to be populated.
Actual Results
Along with the results, it also appends below:
"Your authentication with below MCP server has expired. Please sign in and try again: NewRelic"
Workaround
If NewRelic MCP isn't used, it can be uninstalled for the specific instance. To uninstall the app:
- Go to Atlassian Administration (admin.atlassian.com) and select your organization.
- Navigate to Apps > Sites > [Your Site Name].
- Select Connected Apps.
- Search for NewRelic MCP, then click Uninstall.
This should prevent the authentication error shown on using “Rovo Ops” Agent without impacting its actual functions.
