Description
User Problem
For a user with a standard "user" role, it is not possible to see the contact information of other users from web ui.
From the "Directory" in the app, under the current design, the user can be able to view all the contact information of the other users. The customer wants to disable it.
Users can also get contact info by going to 'Who is on call?' in the app, then selecting the on-call user in a schedule.
Suggested Solutions
Allowing users to configure settings in their profile if they want their contact information to be shared with everyone or to only selected people.
Or
We can have a configuration where the admin can allow who can access the directory information.
Current Workarounds
Currently there is no workaround available.
