Restrict access to the activity log or hide the personal info

    Description

      Summary

      Currently, all users are able to see the activity log of an alert and full details without any restrictions. Here are two things to mention:

      Users want to be alerted on their private phone, but don't want to publish their private number to the organization. They would rather not use the "alerting by phone" feature than to publish their private number, which is bad for the choose-what-fits-best approach.

      Another strong concern is that everybody can see when an alerting phone call has been answered when an alerting mail has been opened when an alert has been viewed by an individual and so on.

      Suggestion

      Create a solution to be able to hide details such as phone number, when a phone call has been answered when an alerting mail has been opened when an alert has been viewed by an individual and so on or restrict it only to a specific role. 

      Workaround

      As a workaround - a new role can be created based on the role "User" and remove the option "Access all alerts". In that case, alert and alert's activity log can be seen only for users that were notified or granted visibility.
