Description
User Problem:
When a Jira JSM issue is linked to an Opsgenie Alert/Incident, the link back to the OG alert is not created on the Jira ticket
Suggested Solutions:
Create a hyperlink on the linked Jira/JSM ticket back to the alert/incident
