Issue Summary
When trying to permanently delete a project the deletion will fail without sharing in-depth details of the issue.
Steps to Reproduce
- Move a project to JIRA's trash can.
- Access the trash and try to permanently delete it.
We’re deleting your project
It may take a while to delete the project.
Expected Results
After some time the project should vanish from the trash can, meaning it was completely deleted.
Actual Results
The user that triggered the deletion should receive an email with the below message:
We couldn't delete this project. It's probably a temporary problem. Go to trash and try again.
Workaround
No workaround for the issue at the moment.
