Issue Summary

When trying to permanently delete a project the deletion will fail without sharing in-depth details of the issue.

Some cases may be related to issues with a great number of work logs and/or comments.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Move a project to JIRA's trash can.
2. Access the trash and try to permanently delete it.

Expected Results

After some time the project should vanish from the trash can, meaning it was completely deleted.

Actual Results

No error messages or e-mails are sent out.

Workaround

No workaround for the issue at the moment.
