Issue Summary
When attempting permanently delete a project from trash, a generic error message conceals the fact that Support assistance may be required.
Steps to Reproduce
- Attempt to permanently delete a project from trash and observe the following error:
We couldn't delete this project. It's probably a temporary problem. Go to trash and try again.
- In some cases (to be added in internal comments below), the error is misleading and, in fact, Support assistance is required in order to run DB requests. If I can find a way to reproduce the bad DB state, I will add steps on how to do so here.
Expected Results
It should be possible to permanently delete a project. If there is a database error that requires Support assistance, an appropriate error message should be returned to the user.
Actual Results
Some projects cannot be permanently deleted from trash, and the resultant error message gives no indication that Support assistance is required.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior except to create a Support Ticket with us.
