Currently, there is no option to migrate all data from Assets For Jira from Server to the cloud.

Why this is important

Assets for Jira is largely used in Server environments and several customers rely heavily on its features
When we perform the migration from Server to Cloud, we are hoping to minimize the data loss after the migration.

Workaround

Using Atlassian's default features: Migrate Assets (previously Insight) data from Datacenter/Server into Insight for JSM Cloud
Using 3rd party tools: How can Assets be migrated from Jira Data Center to Cloud or from one Cloud to another instance?
