Our app integrates Azure with Jira Assets, allowing you to synchronize your Azure resources directly with your Jira Assets.

is the mentioned app (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1232506/assets-microsoft-entra-id-integration?hosting=cloud&tab=overview) going to support also import of all Azure resources (Azure services, Resource Groups, Virtual Machintes etc) into Jira Asset? So far I understand that it can only sync data from Entra ID (Users, User Groups ...). 

This plugin seems to be a perfect fit for our needs, and we are awaiting its release.

Could you please provide any information on when this plugin is expected to be available? Especially the feature to import CMDB from Azure to Jira Assets.

Thanks for the feedback everyone! We're definitely looking to build out the functionality of the app in future milestones so appreciate the input. To collate them in a central location, we'd encourage you to submit suggestions via the feedback form once you had the chance to play around with the app. 

It does not support automatic import? What a disappointment!! Let's hope that Atlassian adds this feature the soonest.

The app looks very promising as it delivers currently a basic functionality of syncing users with Azure AD. One request that I have about this app, which is a great start to say the least, is to automate the procedure and have a scheduled import like we have on DC. That would be great!

Hi all, we're excited to announce that we are looking to release a first Beta version of an app that integrates with Microsoft Entra ID (f.k.a. Azure AD) to import people information (users, groups, departments) over the coming weeks. This will be available via Marketplace and published as part of Atlassian labs.
