One issue's Story Points with two fixVersions only counts towards one (the first one added in the fixversion field) of the version's Total Story Points.

Story points of an estimated issue should be added to the total story points of all fix versions it's assigned to.

I was directed to this issue as the support engineer believes this could be the cause of our problem detailed in ~~GHS-11704~~ - however our issue involved time based estimates not story points so not clear whether this amounts to the same issue or not?
