Problem

The error happens due to a calculation mistake for those issues which are having multiple versions associated (only the first version is taken).

The Versions panel on the customer's agile board is reporting the numbers incorrectly. Loading up a backup of the instance locally is correct. We've done a total nuke of the indexes but it doesn't make a difference.
