Versions Panel in Rapid Board displays wrong information when an issue has multiple Fix Version

Summary

The Version Panel does not display the correct number of issues in the version (hence, all other information such as time estimate, etc are affected) when an issue is given multiple Fix Versions

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Project and Board
2. Add 2 Versions to this Project (eg. Version A, Version B)
3. In the Backlog, open the Version panel to see the results
4. Assign both Versions to the FixVersion of this issue

Expected Results

1. In the Versions panel, both versions will display 1 issue in them

Actual Results

Only 1 version shows that it has issue in it

Notes

Found that it will display in the Version which was added the last.
Eg.

1. Give this issue Version A
2. Version A will show it has 1 issue.
3. Edit the issue and add Version B
4. Version A will show 0 issues but Version B will show 1 issue
