We are relying heavily on using multiple Fix Versions on our Issues in order to separate milestone releases from production releases. However this seems to completely break the functionality of Versions in the agile Board.
For example in the picture below we have assigned issues with Fix Version to both 0.1 and 1.0 version. But the calculation of the estimate is only shown in the 1.0 version. Also the calculation of the number of Issues, completed seems to be randomly.

One could argue whether calculations in this scenario should only be in 1 of the versions or both. However it should not completely break the functionality.
