Fulfill Certain Condition before Sprint can be Started

      Currently, users will only need to have project administration role on the projects to be able to start sprint. It does not need other condition.

      However, there are cases that user would only want certain status to be achieved before a sprint can be started.

      For example refer to the screenshot below:

      So as a recommendation, to imply some condition before the sprint can be started.
