Fulfill Certain Condition before Sprint can be Started/Completed

      Currently, users will only need to have project administration role on the projects to be able to start/complete sprint. It does not need other condition.

      However, there are cases that user would only want certain status to be achieved before a sprint can be started/completed.

      For example refer to the screenshot below:

      So as a recommendation, to imply some condition before the sprint can be started.
