As a service desk administrator, I would like to have a way to customize the FROM address for email notifications

      We recently deployed Service Desk to our organization. One of the issues that's really confused users is that every Service Desk notification they receive appears as though it came from them (i.e., Joe Reporter (helpdesk@mydomain.com), even though someone else on the Service Desk team might have caused it by adding a comment or changing a status.

      It would be great if we could customize the FROM address to avoid this confusion.

            I would love to just set it to the project name if it can't be arbitrary text. But having a human name attached to the service email address causes problems when people store contact information and attempt to email that person again in the future.
