      The users can not transition states in User Portal Service Desk. This is a key feature because the user can't reopen issues.

            Great news! This feature is now be available on cloud! Server customers will get it in the next server release (3.2.0) very very soon!

            This is critical for providing feedback, our customers are all jira-users but can no longer transition tickets via service desk or via the jira project.

            Can we restore permissions for transitioning tickets and edits to honour the jira project settings?
