We're also affected and and using the LTS version of JSM 4.20.6. May this please be considered for the next dot release of 4.20.x?

            Hi,

tested with Firefox 96.0.2 64bit and copy/paste is still not possible in a Service Desk Form! <- at this comment field it does only work if i use "Text" instead of "Visual" below the comment field.
So in my opinion it is not fixed in 4.20.4 JSM -> in JIRA 8.20.4 it does now work with copy/paste as wished.

            Best regards
            Sebastian
