      Issue Summary

      While accessing the Customer Portal on Firefox to open a ticket on behalf of someone, the field Description doesn't allow the use of the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + V. Returns no action.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access the Customer Portal.
      2. Create any ticket.
      3. Try to paste any information using the shortcut Ctrl + V on the description field.
      4. No action will be returned.

      Expected Results

      It Should be possible to use the Ctrl + V.

      Actual Results

      There is no return from the page after using the keyboard shortcut.

      Workaround

      Currently, there are two possible workarounds.

      1. Change the browser to another one (e.g. Chrome) and repeat the process.
      2. Try to paste the copied information using the right button of the mouse.
