Issue Summary

Banner images even if it is of 1680x360 pixels.do not fit well on a screen with a different size.

The Banner is not properly fit for different resolutions of the screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a banner image in the Portal Settings>Look and Feel
2. Change browser  screen size 

Expected Results

Banner image should be properly visible and fit in all dimensions of the screen

Actual Results

The banner image is not visible properly and does not fit in all dimensions of the screen

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
