Jira Service Desk queues do not display dates properly when using the MM/dd/yyyy format

      Issue Summary

      If Jira is configured to display dates using the MM/dd/yyyy, when accessing Service Desk queues, Jira will split the date in two lines

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Jira Administration > System > Look and feel and configure Jira to display dates in MM/dd/yyyy
      2. Access a Service Desk queue

      Expected Results

      Jira will display the whole date at the same line

      Actual Results

      Jira will split the date in two lines, with the year having one of its digits on a different line:

            This issue is in the release notes of and has fix version set to JSD 4.8.0, but is still in status waiting for release. I also believe this issue is duplicated by JSDSERVER-6769

            This issue also affects us with date format dd MMMM yyyy or dd MMM yyyy

            I had support file some other issues related to the new Queue design, maybe they are related?

            Our team noticed this right after upgrading to 4.6.1. We like the new, sortable queues, but we also need issues to take up one line instead of the two they take up now due to this bug.
