Content with numbered list submitted in Visual mode is jumbling up

      Issue Summary

      The sequence of the numbered list is toggled after the content is submitted via Visual mode/rich text editor.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Setup JSD 4.2.4 server
      2. Create a JSD project and issue
      3. Update the comment in Visual mode:
        1. Start the numbered list
        2. Enter a string
        3. Press 'Shift+enter' and insert an image
        4. Press 'Enter'
        5. Enter a string
        6. Press 'Shift+enter' and insert an image
        7. Share with customer

      Expected Results

      Numbered list should be displayed accordingly:

      Actual Results

      Numbered list is jumbled up:

      Investigation Done

      • Problem is reproducible with 4.2.x and 4.3.x releases
      • Problem is reproducible with different internet browsers
      • Problem is happening with JSD issues

      Workaround

      Switch to Text Mode prior to submit and remove the extra line(s) between the content:

            Hi 42b87d8f30b4, this has been fixed in JSD Server 4.7.0 release. If you upgrade to 4.7.0 (i.e. Jira version 8.7.0) or any version above that, you'll get the expected behavior.

            I've encountered the same issue. A workaround is to view the issue via the /browse/ path.

            We're experiencing broken formatting when viewing via the queues URL.

            I wish there was a fix for this.
