Issue Summary
Sharing a link from "Related knowledgebase articles" panel creates a comment with an incorrectly formatted link.
Specifically, the hostname is missing which causes the formatting to break.
Steps to Reproduce
- Connect JSD to confluence for knowledge base integration
- Goto any ticket and in related knowledgebase articles click "Add a comment".
- Check created comment. The formatting is incorrect. See Image attached.
Expected Results
The comment should show up as a link to customer
Actual Results
The comment link markup is missing the hostname and thus does not show up as a link to the customer.
Workaround
As a workaround, before posting the comment, agents will have to manually add the JSD hostname to the URL path generated in the comment.
