      Issue Summary

Sharing a link from "Related knowledgebase articles" panel creates a comment with an incorrectly formatted link.

Specifically, the hostname is missing which causes the formatting to break.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Connect JSD to confluence for knowledge base integration
      2. Goto any ticket and in related knowledgebase articles click "Add a comment".
      3. Check created comment. The formatting is incorrect. See Image attached.

      Expected Results

The comment should show up as a link to customer

      Actual Results

The comment link markup is missing the hostname and thus does not show up as a link to the customer.

      Workaround

As a workaround, before posting the comment, agents will have to manually add the JSD hostname to the URL path generated in the comment.
