Issue Summary
Related knowledge base articles return blank result when viewing issue from JIRA issue search view
Environment
Tested with JIRA 8.3.1 and Confluence 6.6.11
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup JIRA Service desk with Confluence Knowledge base.
- View issue from issue detail view - Related Knowledge base articles show properly.
- Go to Issue > Search for issue > Search for the same issue Ex ITSD-38.
Expected Results
Related knowledge base articles show properly.
Actual Results
Related knowledge base articles show blank KB links.
