    Description

      Issue Summary

      Exporting issues with SLA columns on issue list doesn't export SLA icons. This affects exports to printable and Excel.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Jira issue list
      2. Include columns that represents SLA metrics
      3. Click Export > Printable
      4. Printable export appears

      Expected Results

      SLA icons are exported, as they were before JSDSERVER-6118 had been introduced (screenshot from Service Desk 3.11.1):

      Actual Results

      SLA icons are not exported (although the values are there:

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
