Summary
Issue subscription doesn't show SLA values in incoming mail
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Issues > Search for issues
- Filter issues from Service Desk project
- Include SLA parameters as columns (Time to response, Time to resolution)
- Save filter and subscribe to it
Expected Results
Arrived mail contains columns specified in Jira UI, including SLA parameters
Actual Results
Arrived mail contains issue list and SLA parameters are blank - columns are shown, but no values are displayed:

Notes
– This was tested on older Service Desk version (3.11.1, Jira 7.8.1) and SLA parameters values were displayed

Hi,
This is not fixed still. I can't see these values when exporting issues in excel or looking at the data via ODBC.
