Knowledge base links should be per issue type

      Currently each service desk portal can be linked to a single confluence space but it would make more sense to:

      • link only to confluence and use labels
      • link each request type to a different confluence space.

      Now, if you have multiple confluence spaces is impossible to use them because you can link only to one of them.
