Summary
When a Service Desk user is granted a Service Desk license and is part of the Service Desk Team role, this user does not show in the Customers list.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a user in ⚙ > User Management > Users
- Grant this user a Service Desk license
- Create a Service Desk project
- Go to Project Settings > Users and roles
- Grant this user both the Service Desk Team and Service Desk Customer roles
- Go to the Customers page of the project
- Look for the user
Observed Results
Expected Results
The user should be found, since the user can be potentially treated as a customer if:
- this user is the reporter of a Service Desk request
- a Service Desk request is shared with this user (via the Request Participants field or the Organizations field)
