      Summary

      When a Service Desk user is granted a Service Desk license and is part of the Service Desk Team role, this user does not show in the Customers list.

      Steps to reproduce

      • Create a user in ⚙ > User Management > Users
      • Grant this user a Service Desk license
      • Create a Service Desk project
      • Go to Project Settings > Users and roles
      • Grant this user both the Service Desk Team and Service Desk Customer roles
      • Go to the Customers page of the project
      • Look for the user

      Observed Results

      The user is not found:

      Expected Results

      The user should be found, since the user can be potentially treated as a customer if:

      • this user is the reporter of a Service Desk request
      • a Service Desk request is shared with this user (via the Request Participants field or the Organizations field)

      Notes

      Note that if this user is removed from the Service Desk Team role (OR if this the Service Desk license is removed from this user):
