CSAT survey rendering in Outlook needs modified

      Problem Definition

      When viewing the Customer Satisfaction survey in Outlook an extra HTML element is rendered, this causes users to think that they have submitted a 5 star survey review but actually they have not clicked on the survey at all but the next element.

      Suggested Solution

      Update the HTML so extra element isn’t rendered or implement JSDSERVER-4592 so this can be customized.

      Workaround

      Use a different email client or ensure that the star is clicked in its entirety and not to the right.
