Provide Option To Disable Automatic Adding Of Request Participant When They Are CC'ed in an Email

      Problem Definition

      Currently, all the customers who are CC'ed in a service desk email are automatically added as request participant for a ticket due to the implementation of JSDSERVER-3825

      Suggested Solution

      Provide an option to disable this feature so that only manual way of adding request participant will be available for a JIRA service desk project.

      Why this is important

      This will then allow us to better control, who we wish to send the response to from JIRA Service Desk.
