Problem Definition
Currently, all the customers who are CC'ed in a service desk email are automatically added as request participants for a ticket.
Suggested Solution
Provide an option to disable this feature so that only a manual way of adding request participants will be available for a JIRA service desk project.
Why this is important
This will then allow us to better control, who we wish to send the response to from JIRA Service Desk.
