    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      We would like to add various participants to a ticket, but not have it show on the Portal side.

      A current example is our ticket CS-93:

      As the screenshot attached shows, there are two request participants that appear on the client view side of things. We don't want those there and would like the ability to remove them from the customer's view.
