      Hello,

      as mentionned in the JSDSERVER-3825 when sending an e-mail to an incoming mail handler for a JSD portal, all e-mails detected will be added as participants (as documented here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/adding-request-participants-732528959.html )

      Some of our customers would like to disable this feature portal by portal.
