The Participants with Customer permission in Service Desk module on the ticket are unable to open a ticket. They can see it in the portal, and comment on it, but are not able to see other comments.
Is there a way to allow them to open only tickets that they are participating on? Making them Collaborators gives them access to all tickets and that is not what we want.
We are using JIRA cloud.
