Things like Workflow Scheme, Issue Type Scheme and etc are great for reducing work on maintaining several projects with the same behaviour. Please add support for Schemes on Service Desk's:

We host 150 Projects on a JSD instance.
We have to create at least 15 automation rules
We have to create at least 20 request types.
The only way to do it: do it again (150 times?)
What happen if you want to add one requesttype?
