Problem Definition
Right now the only way to know if an incoming email sent to any of the JIRA Service Desk inboxes failed to create a ticket is in the Administration section of JIRA and checking the processing box of each of the inboxes.
Suggested Solution
Set up a contact/s to receive an email notification when an incoming email gets rejected and a ticket is not created
