    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

Currently there is an assumption with Service desk that a submitter will only want to see their requests. However, our clients will typically have 2-5 people submitting tickets and they often duplicate the very same request. Therefore, we would like for the ability to enable an "All Requests" link (in addition to the "My Requests" link that that is already there) so our clients can browse all open tickets that were submitted across all users for that project.

I'm aware of previously submitted request that was incorrectly marked as a duplicate (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-253 was making this same request while https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-257 was asking for a feature to ONE user to see all their tickets across all projects. THIS request is for MULTIPLE users to see each others request within a project).

I'd be happy to provide more details if necessary.
