      Our customers want to be able to keep track of all requests within their project. Not only the ones they have created. This is specially important when multiple users are creating issues for the same project and they all share the responsibility for keeping track of the progress.

            [JSDSERVER-253] Show all requests within a project. Not only "My requests".

            Any chance we can get this re-opened because it's not a duplicate?

            This is not a duplicate of JSD-257. JSD-257 is for one user to see all their requests across projects. JSD-253 is to allow customers to see what other customers submitted within that same project. This would be incredibly helpful because several of our clients resort to using a single account so they can manage/see all the tickets versus just their submissions.
