      Problem Definition

      Add an additional tag option "Progress Notes" to indicate that the comment entry is a progress update. This allows users to build a report and extract just the Progress notes entries.

      Suggested Solution

      Configure Jira Service desk to be able to add additional tagging to the customer comments field in addition to "Share with Customer" and "Comment internally," as below:
