Problem Definition
Currently, when user clicks on My Request from the Customer Portal , there is only three drop-down column (Created by, Status, Request Type) displayed as below:
Customization is needed in order to add an extra column.
Suggested Solution
Once admin has the ability to resend the customer satisfaction (CSAT) feedback to the customers for multiple times as per JSD-4159. They should be able to add an extra column to display number of surveys submitted sent when viewing "My Requests"
