      Problem Definition

      Currently when navigating to requests at customer portal, the default values for drop down menus are Created by me, Open requests and any request type.
      For some use cases it would be great to be able to change the default value of the fields. So, when navigating to Requests page to have Any Status instead of Open Requests.
