Grouping of request types on Customer Portal

      We have quite large IT department with 7 different teams so there could be a dozens of user request types.
      It's not very user-friendly to make a huge list of this request types, so it would be helpful if we can group some request types on the home page of Customer Portal. Then user can expand this group by clicking on it or may be redirected to next page with list of request types within this group.
