We do not utilize the portal side of service desk at all, however we utilize the email requesting aspect of service desk to handle incoming requests from customers. We have instructed our customer service team to always utilize Jira to respond to the customer via email, however whenever they try to send attachments, it only will send url links to the attachments as opposed to the files themselves attached to the email.
We need this feature with service desk.
