We have one service desk project that supports 30+ clients.
I would like to roll out the customer portal, but one major limitation is that customers can only see issues that they have personally logged. Our clients want to see a holistic view of all of their current issues
I would like to see group level security implemented, so that user A from Client X can also see issues logged by user B from Client X.
